Syeda Habibah Hussain Rizvi is currently the Director of Writing and Communication Stream at Lahore University of Management Sciences. She holds M.A. degrees in English Literature and English Language Teaching, and an MPhil in English Literature. With her professional career spanning over 22 years, she is well versed in the research and subject areas of Romantic Poetry, Subcontinent, Modern and Postmodern literature, English Language Skills, Critical Theory, Phonetics and Phonology, Sociolinguistics, Textbook and Material Design, Academic and Creative Writing Skills, Teacher Training and Critical Discourse Analysis. Along with administrative responsibilities, she has designed courses for the mentioned fields while teaching at Kinnaird College, Beaconhouse National University, Lahore School of Economics and Lahore University of Management Sciences for Undergraduate and Graduate students. She works as an external examiner and research supervisor for the University of Punjab, Kinnaird College for Women Lahore and Lahore College for Women University. In the past, she has also been associated with FAST and Beaconhouse National University as a research supervisor.
